Since October 3rd, our dear American neighbors can now proudly order a Happy Meal for adults. "We are taking one of the most nostalgic McDonald's experiences and literally rebranding it in a new way that is super relevant to our adult fans," explains the marketing director and customer experience at McDonald's in the USA. Behind the project, there is a collaboration with the streetwear brand Cactus Plant Flea Market.
Inside, you can choose between a Big Mac or a 10-piece nugget box, accompanied by fries and a drink... And of course, a limited edition toy! These are iconic figurines from the 80s McDonald's universe: Hamburglar, Grimace, and Birdie... To highlight the partnership with Cactus Plant Flea Market, they even created a Cactus Buddy figurine!
