A Beer Belly in guinguette mode? We say YES! This is the brand new project of chef Florent Ladeyn. He is opening his summer guinguette at the end of spring and all summer long in the middle of Lion Park in Wattrelos. This ephemeral guinguette will be the festive and lively place of the summer, all while going green and enjoying the best of Flemish street food in the open air!
What will the guinguette look like? Large containers will be specially set up for the occasion and you will find the best 100% local and Flemish snacks from the chef. On the menu? Fried chicken burgers, sharing platters, and mimolette croquettes with their crazy sauce... Not to mention homemade beers, explosive cocktails, and other local non-alcoholic drinks to wash it all down.
The guinguette will have around 200 seating places with large tables to prioritize conviviality. Music, board games, and entertainment will also be part of the fun to have a good time.
