A chic dinner under the stars, surrounded by hop vines
Just imagine: tables dressed in white, sparkling fairy lights, and around you, the hop vines creating a magical atmosphere. This exceptional countryside setting is that of the Hop-Powered Tables, organized by the famous Brasserie Caulier in Poperinge, the Belgian capital of hops.
For one evening, you'll experience a truly gastronomic experience under the stars. After an upbeat standing aperitif featuring craft beer tastings and a spectacular showcooking, you'll take your seat at the table to enjoy a three-course menu crafted by renowned chef Benoît Neusy (L’Impératif d’Éole, 1* in the Michelin Guide), and prepared by the excellent Pieter de Clercq.
Food and Beer Pairings: The Perfect Match
Each dish will be subtly accompanied by a selection of beers specially chosen: the iconic Paix Dieu Triple (known for its strong character and 10° alcohol content), the recent Paix Dieu Nova (a fresh, light, and sparkling blonde beer), and finally, the Stuut Juicy Dolly, an exotic NEIPA full of zest and freshness. This will delight both beer lovers and those curious to explore new taste sensations.

But that's not all! After treating yourself to delicious food, it’s time for a mini-ball with live music or a DJ set outdoors, so you can enjoy the sweetness of those last summer nights by dancing among the hop vines. A timeless moment, as elegant as it is friendly.
The icing on the cake? To make sure you can fully enjoy without having to designate a driver: a round-trip shuttle from Lille to Poperinge is available.
