A big lift for the Lille Tower
See this post on InstagramLinkcity, in charge of the transformation project, has decided to give it a new life. The goal? To mix uses and turn it into a real place for living and passing through, not just a tower where people work during the day and forget about it at night.
The highlight of the show: a rooftop restaurant over 110 meters above the ground
This is THE new development that’s sure to get everyone talking: a panoramic restaurant at the top of the Tour de Lille. With a stunning 360° view of the city, this spot is bound to become a must-visit place to see LilleYou’ll have to wait until 2028 to reserve your table, but we already know it’s going to be a hit.
A next-generation hotel and office spaces
In addition to the rooftop, the tower will house a 3-star hotel with 185 rooms. Quite a clever idea, especially since it’s just a stone’s throw away from the Lille Europe train station. The plan is to attract both tourists and business travelers who want to settle in without wasting a minute.
On the office side, the spaces will be completely reimagined, featuring modern layouts and better flow management. Brighter, more comfortable, more eco-friendly... in short, far from the old office spaces we sometimes imagine in this genre.

An Eco-Friendly Project
There’s no way the Tower is getting a makeover without considering its carbon footprint! The renovation will include thermal upgrades, new heating and cooling systems, and a connection to the urban heating network. The goal? To achieve the Breeam Excellent certification and exceed the energy requirements set by law.
A Future Must-Visit Spot
By 2028, the Tower of Lille won’t just be that big building everyone sees but never enters. With its rooftop soaring over 110 meters, along with a hotel and modern office spaces, it could very well become one of the new hot spots in the city. Now, the big question remains: who will create the menu for the restaurant on the top floor… and how long will it be before we can make a reservation!
