Ingredients for 4 people: - 300g of minced meat (50% pork, 50% veal or beef, or adjust according to your preferences) - 125g of bread crumbs - 1 glass of milk - 1 egg - 1 onion - Flour - Chopped parsley - Nutmeg - Salt and pepper Preparation: Soak the bread crumbs in milk. Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with a little oil. Drain and squeeze the bread crumbs, then add the egg, minced meat, parsley, nutmeg, and onion. Form 4 or 8 sausages. Roll them in flour. Finally, cook them in frying fat for 4 to 5 minutes. Simple as can be, right? Serve this with homemade fries!
