Seen on our colleagues from Demotivateur Food: the best recipe to revisit tartiflette! We are making it in a potimarron, so you can feel less guilty by adding a vegetable! ### **Ingredients (for 4 people):** - 1 potimarron - 1 onion - 80g of bacon - 1/2 reblochon cheese - 300g of baby potatoes ### **Preparation:** In a pan, sauté the onion and bacon. Meanwhile, hollow out the potimarron of its seeds and cut off the top. Cut the reblochon cheese into cubes and fill the bottom of the potimarron with it. Once the onion and bacon mixture is golden brown, add it on top of the reblochon. Close the potimarron with its top and bake everything at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Add the baby potatoes around to cook in the oven. Enjoy your meal!
