Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300g of Maroilles
- 300g of tome de Cambrai
- 300g of emmental
- 75cl of Ch’ti blonde beer
- 1 clove of garlic
- 400g of bread
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation:
First, remove the rind from all the cheeses and cut them into cubes. Heat the Ch'ti beer in a saucepan. Once it starts to foam, add the cheeses so they melt in the beer.
Once the mixture is well melted, transfer everything to a special fondue pot that has been rubbed with a clove of garlic. And there you have it, just dip your bread pieces in! Feel free to use the egg yolk when the cheese is almost finished and becomes harder to catch!
