### Ingredients: - 300g of T45 flour - 5g of baker's yeast - 10g of salt - 20cl of water - 5cl of olive oil

Preparation:

Dilute the yeast with water until it froths: there should be bubbles. Pour the water with the yeast into the flour, oil, and salt.

Knead. Once the dough is ready, shape a ball and let it rise with a little olive oil and cling film.

Let it rise for at least 2 hours. Once it has doubled in size, it's good!

Then flatten the pizza dough, leaving air in the crust to get a nice shape.

Then just top it with whatever you want!
