Losing weight is a piece of cake
This dark chocolate appetite suppressant cake only requires 10 minutes of preparation, 30 minutes of baking, but provides 6 hours of satiety!
This appetite suppressant effect is produced thanks to dark chocolate (the darker, the more effective, 85/100%) which lowers the appetite hormone called "ghrelin".
A slice of this magical weight-loss cake contains an average of 190 calories, which is 3 times less than a regular chocolate dessert.
And a little bonus: it helps prevent cavities. Indeed, cocoa contains tannins that act against oral bacteria, fluoride that increases enamel resistance.
To make this cake, you will need:
180g of 85% dark chocolate
180g of unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons of potato starch or cornstarch
1/2 packet of baking powder
6 egg whites
The recipe:
Melt 180g of 85% dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons of water.
In a bowl, pour the melted chocolate and add 180g of unsweetened applesauce. Yes, applesauce, you read that right! It will bring a moist texture to the cake and replace butter in a surprising way!
Mix well and add 2 tablespoons of potato starch or cornstarch, as well as half a packet of baking powder.
In a separate bowl, beat 6 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
Mix the whites into the chocolate mixture.Place in the oven at 180 degrees in a greased mold.
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven when the knife tip is barely dry.
Combine the useful with the pleasant! With your remaining 6 egg yolks, make delicious custard.
Now all that's left is to enjoy without moderation!
