Just a quick update for our readers! From May 20th to July 3rd, users of metro line 1 will see their daily routine disrupted. Specifically, the line will no longer operate in the evenings on 4 nights per week. This means you won't be able to take it on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. Ilévia has just announced this big news. The line will stop running at 10:30 pm and this change affects the entire line.
The reason? Construction work for the doubling of the trains. Also note that shuttle buses will be running every 15 minutes, except at the Republic Beaux-Arts and Rihour stations.
