Attention to the users of the metro in Lille, especially those on Line 1! Traffic will be interrupted for testing. It will happen once this month on Sunday, March 24th from 1pm until the end of service.
Replacement buses will be in place to serve the different stops, but... not at République. So, make sure to plan ahead because buses mean "more time" and less space. Here are the things to consider:
- The Porte des Postes stop is relocated to Blvd Victor Hugo in both directions.
- The République Beaux-Arts stop is not served in both directions due to road works in the city center area. Please refer to the replacement bus stops at Gare Lille Flandres.
- The Rihour stop is not served by the replacement buses. Please refer to the replacement bus stops at Gare Lille Flandres.
- From 1:30pm to 3pm, the Caulier stop is not served in both directions due to the market. Please use the Fives stop.
