A summer house, a cold beer, a perfect mood
Hidden in a charming hotel in Old Lille (the same one as the Christmas pop-up if you remember), the Maison Paix Dieu is back from May 28 to June 29 with a new sunny vibe designed for the lovely season. Fairy lights, sun loungers, a vintage van, an outdoor bar, a garden with a pond… it’s the perfect place between a cozy garden party and the chill spot we want to hang out at all summer. And every Saturday, there’s a concert or DJ set for the ultimate summertime atmosphere.

La Paix Dieu Nova: the fresher little sister of the triple
With its 6%, the Nova is lighter than the iconic Paix Dieu triple (at 10%), but it still packs a character punch. Oats, floral notes, a spicy touch, and a silky texture… it’s the kind of craft beer you can savor while losing track of time in the sun (ideally). Now available in 33cl at bars and restaurants, it’s the perfect opportunity to discover it in a setting that’s as cool as it is original.

Ice cream, tapas, focaccia… and even bottle filling by hand
On-site, you can chill out with seasonal dishes (toast, tapas, and focaccias from Martin Derreumaux of the Ripaille Social Club), sample an artisanal ice cream inspired by Nova, and even leave with your very own 75cl bottle filled right before your eyes (complete with a personalized label, please). And there’s a photobooth for a fun memory!
The experience goes beyond the pop-up
This ephemeral bar is also the launch of a series of Paix Dieu events all around the region (immersive shows, starry dinners, bars in castles…). Let’s just say, it’s far from over!
