A summer house, a cold beer, the perfect mood
Hidden in a lovely hotel in Old Lille (the same one as the Christmas pop-up if you remember), the Maison Paix Dieu is back from May 28 to June 29 with a bright new vibe made for the sunny season. Fairy lights, deck chairs, a vintage van, outdoor bar, garden with a pond… it’s the perfect blend of a secret garden party and a chill spot we want to hang out at all summer. And every Saturday, there’s a concert or DJ set for the ultimate summer atmosphere.

La Paix Dieu Nova: the younger, fresher sister of the triple
At 6%, Nova is lighter than the iconic Paix Dieu triple (10%), but it still has plenty of character. With oats, a floral nose, a spicy touch, and a silky texture… it’s the kind of craft beer you enjoy without noticing the time fly by, ideally in the sun. Now available in 33 cl at bars and restaurants, it’s the perfect opportunity to taste it in a cool and unique setting.

Ice cream, tapas, focaccia… and even a bottle to-go
Here, you can chill with seasonal cuisine (tartines, tapas, and focaccias by Martin Derreumaux from the Ripaille Social Club), try some artisanal ice cream inspired by Nova, and even take home your very own 75 cl bottle filled right before your eyes (with a personalized label, please!). And there’s a photobooth for that special memory touch.
The experience goes well beyond the pop-up
This ephemeral bar also marks the launch of a series of Paix Dieu events happening all over the region (immersive shows, starry dinners, bars in castles…). Let’s just say this is far from over.
