After taking visitors on journeys to the heart of the Titanic or ancient Rome, Eclipso Lille is getting ready to launch a brand new adventure that’s sure to captivate both space enthusiasts and curious minds alike. Starting on June 25, 2026, this immersive center in Lille will host Space Explorers: The ISS Experience, touted as the largest immersive experience ever created around space exploration.
An immersion at the heart of the International Space Station
The concept is simple: put on a virtual reality headset and set off to the ISS, the famous International Space Station. Thanks to footage shot directly in space alongside real astronauts, the experience lets you discover their daily lives, their missions, and above all, that utterly amazing feeling of living in zero gravity 400 kilometers above Earth.
out with an ultra-impressive image quality that sometimes gives the impression of really floating in the modules of the station. An experience that has already traveled the world
What makes the arrival of Space Explorers: The ISS Experience particularly remarkable is its international success. The experience has already been showcased in several major cities around the world before landing for the very first time in France. And among the four cities chosen to host it, Lille is one of them. Not a bad stop for a space adventure.

See the Earth like the Astronauts
One of the most memorable moments of the experience is undoubtedly the view of Earth from space. This incredible perspective that astronauts often describe as overwhelming allows us to observe our planet in its vastness, suspended in the absolute darkness. It’s the kind of image we usually see in documentaries… but this time, we can experience it almost from the inside.
Eclipso Continues to Transform Lille into a Playground for Exploration
Since its opening in the city center, Eclipso Lille has been delivering spectacular immersive experiences centered around grand historical and scientific stories. After the success of the experience dedicated to the Titanic and the one about the Colosseum, this new space adventure further cements the venue's status as one of the most unique spots to check out in Lille right now. And for once, no passport is needed—just a VR headset!
