A video mapping will dazzle Lille every night for 15 days

From July 27th to August 11th, we will meet at the Théâtre Square in Lille. Every evening, a video mapping will be displayed on the facade of the Opera. The sound and light show will be inspired by the theme of the Olympics. The BK workshop will use the handball and basketball events held in Lille to create a unique video. The video mapping will be shown 3 times each evening starting at 10:30pm! "This ten-minute video mapping will be shown three times each evening, around 10:30pm. Specifically designed for the Games by the BK workshop, it showcases basketball and handball, sports played in the area, set to opera music. The video mapping aims to combine the power of team sports and the grandeur of the Opera, providing the audience with an experience where emotion, competition, and celebration come together in a captivating performance. Inspired by the world of theater and Opera, this project is deeply rooted in.in the heart of the metropolis, witnessing a rich past and symbolizing perpetual evolution. In this visual symphony, each act reinterprets a classic opera, transforming timeless melodies to evoke the strength and beauty of basketball and handball."
