A starry and committed table

And who is the chef behind this sustainable gem? Christophe Dufossé, of course! Already a triple Michelin star and recognized as an Insider by TheFork, he shows that you can shine without forgetting the planet. In his elegant castle surrounded by greenery, he cooks up Northern cuisine with love and respect, in a local and sustainable way.

Did someone tell you it was delicious?

And we’re not talking about bland, flavorless dishes. The meals dance between great gastronomy and experimental garden. Red mullet with rich fish broth, cucumber tagliatelle, dessert with green asparagus and a frosty cloud of lemon balm... even the bread and pastries are crafted like works of art.

A Pride for the North

This Green Week award is a wonderful recognition for the North! The Château de Beaulieu shows that local cuisine can combine pleasure with ecological awareness. With North Sea, vegetable garden, and creative boldness, we have plenty to be proud of, don't we?
