In a short time, you will be able to travel on a Railcoop train to Nantes for the "laughable" sum of a blablacar trip. The SNCF's competitor relies on a low price, but also on the comfort of a TGV inside its trains to attract a new clientele. As a reminder, the Lille-Nantes line will still last almost 9 hours... So you might as well arm yourself with patience, a good book, or the Lord of the Rings in its full version. You probably already guess that in 9 hours, the Railcoop train will make many stops. And among them, there is a rather nice selection to visit Brittany and take a road trip dotted with crepes with butter and sugar. You can therefore stop in Dol de Bretagne, a town in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, or even in Rennes!

And that's not all! If you're more into Normandy than Brittany, the train will stop first at Rouen, Caen, or Lisieux, Avranches (in La Manche) and above all... at Mont-Saint-Michel (more precisely at the nearest station which is Pontorson Mont-Saint-Michel)!

Railcoop has a project to make two round trips daily. Two departing from Lille Flandres at 7am and 1pm, and two departing from Nantes at the same hours. Let's meet in 2025 or even 2026 to discover this future train line.

So, can you feel the road trip we're going to take next year ?
