As soon as you arrive, grab your cashless card (tip: you can load it online before the festival, so you can head straight to the fast-pass). Then, take a first stroll to spot the booths, and cross your fingers to resist the tempting smells.

Step 2: The Unmissable Fries + Beer
You can't joke around with the classics: stop by Friterie Mestré, the national champion of fries, then pair it with a brew from Brasserie Lilloise or a collaboration from Singe Savant x Bruxelles. Given the beer heritage, this is the foundation of a successful LSFF.
Step 3: Brussels Break, Guest Capital
This year, it's all about Brussels cuisine: savory waffles from Gaufres & Waffles, shrimp croquettes from Fernand Obb Delicatessen, chocolate from Laurent Gerbaud… Make sure to pack an extra suitcase (not just a bag, a suitcase), it's going to be addictive!

Step 4: Try something new
The team invited about ten new addresses: we discovered Aux Tiroirs à Cookies for those with a sweet tooth, Krevette for stylish seafood lovers, and L’Ogre de Carrouselberg if you're looking for something truly original.

Step 5: The Culinary Show
Don't miss the chef battles in the atrium, as well as the masterclasses with talents from Top Chef 2025 (hey Grégoire Touchard and Charlie Anne!). And if you're a food groupie, make sure to dash over for the cookbook signings on Sunday.

Step 6: Vibes Until Midnight
Because a festival without sound is just a big food court: enjoy the DJ sets, the marching band, and the graffiti & breakdance performances. A special shoutout to Saturday night, perfect for dancing while you digest!
Step 7: The Must-Have Dessert
Don’t leave without your comforting sweet treat: a giant brioche from Sylvana, a local delight in Lille, or a table at Chocolat Encuentro. Your diet can wait until Monday!
