A workshop to savor the Hauts-de-France... with full gusto
Did you think the North was all about beer? Think again! The Dine on the Grass school invites you to an immersive tasting workshop from the Hauts-de-France. On the menu: wines from the neo-wine regions of Nord-Pas-de-Calais, generously filled plates, and pairings that will delight your taste buds.
All of this is served in a fantastic setting, at the restaurant La Promenade, for an evening that celebrates our local flavors with a true touch of expertise (and fun).

Local wines, well-sourced platters, and a relaxed vibe
In the glasses: Charbonnay, Cotholain, Les 130, Domaine Jeune Bois… Exclusive and proud cuvées from local vineyards that we still see too little of in the region's restaurants.
On the plates: smoked trout terrine, pré salé lamb, Picard pâté, and local cheeses (Mont des Cats, Vieux Lille, Sablé de Wissant...) with creatively twisted condiments like samphire, pearl onions, or a cheeky pickles. All served on a platter, as a delicious tribute to the Hauts-de-France.
