The Grand Playground transforms into mini Tokyo
For two days, the Grand Playground takes a leap into Asia. Creators, illustrators, thrift shops, K-pop accessories, Japanese crafts, and the KŌJI flea market (spanning 100 m², that’s quite a space!) will whisk visitors away on a journey. With rare items, kawaii stands, and fashion pieces inspired by Japan, you won't leave empty-handed.

Street food, matcha, and Tokyo vibes
Head over to the Halle Gourmande for a culinary stop inspired by YATAI, those charming little street stands typical of Japan. On the menu: onigiri, Japanese curry, bibimbap, tteokbokki, mochi pastries, and reinvented cookies. It's a one-way ticket to Seoul or Tokyo right in the heart of deliciousness.
The venue will be fully decorated for the occasion, with neon lights, lanterns, and Nippon-Korean playlists included.

Yosakoi Show: The Revamped Japanese Dance
This Saturday and Sunday, get ready for two performances of the Yosakoi show by the OKIYA association. It’s a lively, colorful, and energetic spectacle that blends traditional choreography with a modern festival spirit. Performances at 4:30 PM and 5:15 PM: right in the heart of the Halle Gourmande.
Afterwave: The Festival Afterparty
Because even samurais know how to celebrate, the Great Wave continues on Saturday night with Afterwave, a chill and festive afterparty until midnight. On the agenda: a musical ambiance curated by the Biltoki bar, Japanese and Korean playlists, and of course, a signature cocktail with Japanese gin and yuzu to sip on with friends under the lanterns.

What you will find there
On the stand side, get ready for a stunning mix of tradition and pop culture. From elegant kimonos and passionate artist illustrations to K-pop accessories and decor items straight from Tokyo, there will be plenty to fill your tote bag (and maybe lighten your wallet).
The Japanese flea market KŌJI, set up over more than 100 m², promises real treasures to hunt for: dishes, posters, rare items, and memories from another time. And for fans of Korean beauty, the must-have K-beauty products and nail art will also be there.
All sprinkled with delicious treats, books, and little finds to gift or to indulge yourself: because temptation is clearly part of the concept here.
