The easiest way: come without your car

The thrift market area is pedestrian from Friday, the 5th at 7 PM to Monday, the 8th at 1 AM. The central parking lots (Opéra, Grand’Place, Rihour, République, Vieux-Lille, etc.) will be closed during this time. If you do drive, aim for the park and ride locations (4 Cantons, CHU-Eurasanté, Porte d’Arras, Porte des Postes, Lomme Saint-Philibert, Les Prés–Edgar Pisani, Pont de Neuville, Cerisaie… + P+R at the train stations of Armentières, Seclin, Don-Sainghin, La Bassée). Most of these remain open all night from Saturday to Sunday.

Metro and Tram: Non-stop all weekend

Metro: last extended departure Friday 5 at 1:30 AM from Lille-Flandres. Then continuous service from Saturday 5 AM to Sunday 12:30 AM.
Tram: running non-stop from Saturday morning to Sunday evening with extra frequency (more frequent during the day, less frequent at night). Buy your tickets in advance to skip the line (kiosks, online store, Pass Pass app).

Buses: Detours in the center, extra service in the suburbs

No buses in the area. Several lines are extended overnight (L1, L5 all night from Saturday to Sunday; others until 2 AM/3 AM). Remember that lines CITL, NVL, 9, and N1 are suspended this weekend.

TER and plane: great access deals

TER: 54 extra departures and special tickets between €2 and €20 departing from stations in Hauts-de-France (limited quantities, fixed trip/date/time).
Lesquin Airport: shuttle to the stations (round trip €9), stop moved to boulevard de Leeds during the sale event.

Bikes: yes, but…

You can ride a bike, but 35 V’Lille stations within the perimeter are closed from Thursday morning until Monday at 10am. Plan ahead to attach/re-rent outside.

Safe Places & serenity tip

Ilévia is setting up "Safe Places" refuge zones before the turnstiles at Gare Lille-Flandres, République-Beaux-Arts and Rihour (Saturday 7am Sunday 6pm): support and care available in case of any issues.

nsécurité/harcèlement. And to save some time: get a 1-day Pass (€5.50) or a 2-day Pass (€9.80) and validate it once, you're free all weekend (metro, tram, bus, metropolitan TER).

Happy treasure hunting, enjoy some mussels and fries… and have fun on your feet!
