Market, music, food trucks, and sunsets by the water: Wambrechies brings out the fairy lights and rekindles the magic. Three evenings this summer, its Robersart park changes its look for an end of the day just the way we love it: it transforms into a giant night market.

A night market by the water

You probably know Wambrechies for its marina, its peaceful walks along the Deûle, or its sunny aperitifs. But this summer, the city is changing its vibe and turning on the nighttime fun!urne, on the occasion of an event with a perfect program for chilling and enjoying without any hassle: the Wambrechies night market.

Organized by the city and O Quai Events, this gathering returns on May 3, June 14, and July 19, 2025, from 4 PM to 10 PM, right in the heart of the Robersart castle park. The location is fantastic, the atmosphere promises to be sweet and festive, and we’re expecting more than 100 exhibitors on-site. Creators, producers, and merchants from the Lille metropolis will come to showcase their handmade treasures or products from their harvests. All of this will take place in a friendly and musical ambiance.

Creators, food, music… and appetizers

Starting at 4 PM, the stands will set up to introduce you to a whole bunch of lovely products, including local crafts, jewelry, decor, accessories, jams, and soaps. In short, it's the kind of market where you leave with something unexpected, but that you'll cherish for a long time.

On the ambiance side, live music, food trucks, and even a mobile bistro – Chez Paulette – will bring the evening to life. It’s the perfect opportunity to chill with friends, snack under the fairy lights, craft gifts ahead of time, or simply enjoy a suspended moment by the water. And since Wambrechies is just a stone's throw from Lille, you don’t even need to plan a big expedition: perfect for an impromptu bike ride.
