It's THE event of this Thursday, March 21! With the arrival of spring comes a lot of good news...or at least new spots to hang out! We introduce you to Chaud Bouillon, the concept of festive gourmet halls that will liven up the entire metropolis!

Hot Bouillon is the new festive spot in the Lille metropolis. Situated in a cool industrial brick building, it's a place that's full of good vibes and delicious food. With a super retro decor, you'll find 7 unique restaurants and plenty of cozy spots to chill out: a big main dining area, private balconies, a charming winter garden, and even a spacious terrace for soaking up the sunshine!

Chaud Bouillon, the new festive 1000m2 location in Lille

The Chaud Bouillon hall will cover more than 1000m2. 1000m2 that can accommodate around 1200 people and above all, 1000m2 dedicated to partying with a stage, an area for kids, and a program that promises to be very nice, diverse, and varied! "A village square: the Food Court offers a weekly program that feeds the soul and spirit with shows, wellness workshops, conferences, concerts and more."

Several restaurants to satisfy foodies

Where there's a gourmet market, there are bound to be restaurants! And at Chaud Bouillon, you can find:

    • L'Archineur: "At this counter, you can discover gourmet dishes for a local street food cuisine with products sourced from Hauts-de-France... A delight for the taste buds! Chef Quentin is familiar with the place, as he comes directly from the Professional Kitchen of Chaud Bouillon."
    • El Camion: "El Camion brings Mexico to your table. Chef Laura offers her home-style cooking on your plate. On the menu: Mexican tacos, burritos, nachos, and many surprises to discover. Not to forget the homemade salsas, either mild or muy picante."
    • The Croquette team: "Specialists in homemade croquettes in Lille, they will delight you with their original recipes featuring seasonal flavors!"
