Les Bons Pâturages, and then traveled across France to find the best treasures from the regions. The result ? A range that checks all the boxes : local, farm-fresh, and flavors that are truly unique.

Here, we don’t just stick to the classic maroilles. Indeed, Quentin is the only one in Lille offering raw milk maroilles (crafted by David Druesnes, one of the last producers in the region), but he also has a delightful selection that takes you on a journey: an ultra-melting Serra de Estrela from Portugal, a Bella Vitano Expresso from Wisconsin (yes, a cheese infused with coffee, and it’s absolutely incredible), and even… a CBD cheese. In short, there’s plenty to make the most curious taste buds tingle.

The passionate one behind the counter

If the selection is sharp, the customer experience is just as wonderful. Here, it’s all about product lovers; Quentin & his team take joy in sharing their story even before the first bite. During my visit, they took the time to let me taste a platter from their selection, with each item accompanied by a detailed explanation about its origin and perfect pairings. Craving a cheese and Irish Coffee pairing? That’s totally doable!

And to top it all off, the cheese shop doesn't skimp on the extras: a lovely selection of wines, an ultra-quality gourmet grocery section, and even a flan that is nearly perfection. Creamy, melting, with that delightful taste of egg that brings back childhood recipes. (It knows my love for this dessert!)

Whether you’re Team strong maroilles or more into coffee cheese, there's definitely a gem waiting for you behind the counter!
