The Comeback of the Neapolitan Bistro
Behind its charming façade in Vieux-Lille, POSTO (one of the trusty steeds of the papa famiglia) has swapped its old look for a 2025 version full of character. Designed as a hybrid bistro (somewhere between a Fiat Punto and a Testarossa), the vibe changes throughout the day. At lunchtime, you'll find steaming lasagna, warm focaccia, and hearty sandwiches; in the evening, it's all about sharing plates, spritzes with Cinzano, and signature cocktails with a Neapolitan flair.

A decor that already tells a story
For this makeover, the team worked with architect Carmen Zaoui and decorator Valentine Richardson. A warm decor where weathered wood, velvet banquettes, and colorful mosaics blend with quirky trinkets straight from Italy. It's the kind of restaurant where you already feel at home before you've even taken a bite of a burrata from Puglia.

The Kitchen, Heart of POSTO
In the kitchen, Axel leads the way with a simple yet character-filled menu. Everything is homemade and carefully sourced: creamy burrata, imported cured meats from Italy, local vegetables, homemade bread… The (new) promise? A generous cuisine that makes you want to raise a glass and share a bottle.

From Spritz to Solar Wines
At the bar, Fabien shakes up classic cocktails (Spritz, Negroni, Espresso Martini) and adds some of his unique house creations to spice up the aperitif. On the wine side, we embark on a journey through white wines from Sicily, reds from Puglia, bubbles from Lombardy, and a few French gems. A few months after the opening of the latest spot Alfredo, Posto becomes the kind of place where you never drink the same thing twice in the heart of Old Lille!
