A contemporary inn with taste
Behind the counter, it's Georges and Diane. He’s the co-founder of the Toquées and the former chef of Épice, while she’s a sharp-eyed sommelier. Together, they’ve crafted a super friendly spot called Chez Georges: a restaurant on the ground floor, guest rooms upstairs, all wrapped up in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The dining area is small and cozy, and you can even settle on a micro-terrace with 4 seats if the sun decides to show up.

Sharing plates, between local flavors and spices
At Georges, the menu changes almost every month, depending on the seasons and the chef's inspiration. The format is simple: small plates to share or not, but always surprising.
We tried: Sichuan berry fermented rhubarb, a to-die-for smoked bacon and lemon verbena sabayon, and burnt mackerel sashimi with camelina oil. They also have unusual cheeses from the Fromagerie Quentin (like CBD cheese). Everything is prepared à la minute, right before your eyes, with real care.

The Good Taste of the Place
The decor embraces a well-mastered retro vibe: primary colors, wooden banquettes, soft neon lights, and tiled floors. The playlist matches the decor, the service is attentive, and above all, the atmosphere around the counter makes all the difference. You chat with the neighbors, watch the plating in the kitchen, and toast to Diane's recommendations. And honestly, it's been a while since a place made us want to come back this much.
