Ittshin Izakaya – Onigiri just like in Tokyo
Ittshin Izakaya invites you on a culinary journey to the heart of Japan, without leaving Dijon! Located on Boulevard Clémenceau, this restaurant offers an authentic and warm experience, where every dish is prepared with passion and tradition. Far from clichés, Ittshin Izakaya delights you with delicious onigiri, a velvety Japanese curry with sweet notes, hearty donburi, and incredibly tasty fusion burgers. All of this is enjoyed in a unique atmosphere, mixing 80s manga and elements of Japanese culture. The owners, already well-known for their Ittshin Ramen, continue to reinvent Japanese cuisine for the delight of Dijon residents. A must-visit spot to explore the flavors of Japan without taking a plane!

American Way – Dive into the American Dream
Feeling like having a dinner straight from the USA? Head to American Way, where the decor transports you right into a vintage American diner: Uncle Sam, neon lights, Chevrolet, and even beer taps hidden in an engine. How cool is that!
On your plate, get ready for some heavy hitters: fajitas, ribs, XXL burgers, and ultra-decadent milkshakes… In short, America just the way we love it. If you've always dreamed of enjoying a great burger while rocking out to some classic rock’n’roll, this is the place to be.

West Africa – A one-way ticket to West Africa
Looking for some warmth and spices? West Africa is the perfect spot to discover the richness of West African cuisine. Here, the dishes are generous, colorful, and super tasty: chicken mafé, yassa, thieb, attiéké, everything is homemade with an amazing sauce (really).
To go with that, we recommend trying the local drinks like bissap juice or ginger juice. Get ready for a refreshing shot!

L'Alsacien Dijon – Flammekueche just like back home
We’re staying in Europe, heading to Alsace, with L'Alsacien Dijon. Here, the flammekueche is king, featuring hand-braided dough from Alsace and super-fresh ingredients. You can choose from classic versions (onions, bacon, crème fraîche) or try bolder variations.
And what to pair with all that? Selected Alsatian wines from independent winemakers and a commitment to solidarity: 1 euro is donated to an association for every flammekueche sold. In short, a restaurant that’s as delicious as it is socially responsible!

Bar Byron Bay – A Last Drink in Australia
Since there’s not yet an oceanic restaurant in Dijon, we get a bit creative with Bar Byron Bay, a spot inspired by Australia, perfect for capping off the evening nicely. Here, we toast Aussie style, with exotic cocktails and a laid-back atmosphere.
If you're looking for a bar to chill with friends after a good meal, this is the ideal place. And who knows, after a few drinks, you might even try out that Australian accent!
