A cozy evening where art and local flavors came together for some exquisite tastings. We're taking you behind the scenes, as if you were there... and most importantly, we’re unveiling a beer that very few residents of Dijon know about yet.

On March 16, the Hyundai Dijon dealership hosted the unveiling of the 2026 vintage of Mémories Beer, a prestigious beer imagined by Anthony Moussu, a heartfelt tribute to Burgundy.

Mémories Beer, a beer playing in the big leagues of Burgundy wines

Have you heard of Mémories Beer x Anthony Moussu? This premium beer, crafted with natural fermentation, proudly claims its status as a Burgundy beer. We're not talking about just any brew here, but a product rooted in the land, created with the principles of viticulture.

The bottle surprises at first glance. With its elegant silhouette and the charm of a Burgundy grand cru, the vintage is clearly displayed on the label. Yes, the bottles are vintage dated, with the year of production prominently noted. It’s a true symbol in a region where the land and the years tell stories.

Already served in well-known spots like La Braserade in Dijon or Restaurant Au Clos Napoléon in Fixi.

n, Mémories Beer has also found its place in several renowned starred restaurants in the region, such as Lameloise in Chagny, La Charme in Prenois, La Maison Doucet in Charolles, and Le Cèdre in Beaune. The idea is simple for its creator, Anthony Moussu: to offer a beer that fits perfectly on fine dining tables as well as during lovely moments with friends.

Hyundai Dijon transforms its dealership for a confidential launch

On March 16, at Hyundai Dijon, the experience was complete. Guests were able to taste the 2026 vintage, but also discover Mémories Stronger, a daring triple with salted caramel and white truffle from Alba. A pairing as surprising as it is addictive.

Around the glasses, art was always nearby. The young artist from Dole, Ravelart MS, showcased her works while a vinyl bar run by Old School created a wonderfully retro atmosphere. On the palate side, Iberian ham from Maison Gines Gourmand and aged charcuterie from Morvan by Thomas Dunoyer completed this ultra-exclusive picture.

An evening filled with flavor, art, and a touch of that delightful Burgundian lifestyle, in a place where automobile elegance met brewing excellence.
