The bar room can accommodate up to a hundred people, but that's not all: two sunny terraces and the charm of the old building blend harmoniously with a modern and lively ambiance!

Talking about breweries, Un Singe en Hiver has a real treasure to offer: its own brewed on site in Dijon. They are created from carefully selected organic malts, offering a range of flavors that will satisfy even the most discerning palates. With an experienced brewmaster at the helm, limited editions are regularly added to the menu, created according to the seasons and inspiration.
