Once upon a time, there were three sisters
At Chez Mes Soeurs, it's a place created from A to Z thanks to the tastes of Anne-Sophie, Anne-Claire, and Annabelle, three sisters raised on their mom's cooking. A place where, 7 years ago, they decided to share what they love with a lot of passion: friendliness, Mediterranean and world cuisine, all done with a lot of creativity and taste! While one was meant to become a school teacher and another was studying fashion marketing, it's within this family business that they chose to unite their strengths to offer the people of Dijon a warm place where they can immerse themselves in their universe!
Three shops and a lab
Their "healthy and nomadic" cuisine is inspired by flavors from around the world and the creativity of the three sisters, led by the talented chef Celia and tested in their lab just a quick 10-minute drive from Dijon! Changing every three months, their menu offers a seasonal dining experience using ingredients sourced from local producers around Dijon or from beloved Dijonese merchants they collaborate with! This generous global cuisine will transport you to new taste sensations, created from unique and bold flavor combinations!
