Ice Family melts the people of Bordeaux with an innovative concept
Who has never found themselves in need of ice? During a collective aperitif, an impromptu picnic, or a crazy cocktail workshop, ice plays an essential role on the table. To make up for their absence, Timothée and Eugénie launched a year ago the first company dedicated exclusively to this by creating a network of ice machines open 7 days a week and available 24/7.

The first ice dispensers in Bordeaux
If Ice Family appeals to both individuals and professionals, the company is winning over the general public with its 2 self-service ice dispensers. Located in Bordeaux-Caudéran (at Carrefour Market Bordeaux - Delattre) and in Teste-de-Buch (at the Blue Elephant), these unique machines dispense ice by the kilo (equivalent to a liter), made from filtered drinking water and a system of recycled tanks every 4 hours.

When it comes to prices, you can expect 2 euros per kilo, 4 euros for 4 kilos, and 6 euros for 8 kilos. Up to 80 kilos can be delivered upon request. You have two options for collection: use the provided bags or bring your own container for a more affordable price. Due to its success and positive reception from the people of Bordeaux, Ice Family is planning to install 14 new machines (both owned and licensed) by next summer. One of which, soon to be found at the Bacalan Market Hall!
Home delivery in 30 minutes!
But that's not all. The company based in Talence has also started delivering ice to homes in Bordeaux and within a 100 kilometer radius. Delivery costs 1.50 euros per kilo. To be continued...To have ice delivered, just go to the website. Simply enter your postal address, the desired volume, and delivery will be done within half an hour! Talence residents can also go directly to pick up their ice. A 250 kg base is always available for pick-up. It's just necessary to reserve in advance.
