A hotel like no other
It has taken the place of the former Best Western, almost next to the Lacanau golf course. La Baignoire Hotel, which opened its doors last April, is full of energy. With an outlandish 70's decor, a trendy color scheme (where orange and yellow set the tone), and 100% thrifted and mismatched furniture: the hotel evokes the vintage era. Time seems to have stopped. This was the main wish of the owner, Loïc Faugere (who already owns a hotel in Brazil), to create an immersion into the carefree era.

La Baignoire Lacanau: A dive into the 70s
Success story. La Baignoire stands out from the typical contemporary hotels overlooking the coast. This one shines with its vibrant vibes. Hotel, bar, restaurant, pool, spa: the place is multifaceted. Like the disco balls that decorate its living room, paired with quirky knick-knacks like lava lamps or vintage phones. Located near the golf course, just a 10-minute bike ride from the lake or the ocean and all the activities of the resort, this hybrid hotel boasts an idyllic geographical location.
50 rooms, an independent loft and a family room
In its 2500 m2 of buildings and 9000 m2 of land, it accommodates 50 rooms, an independent loft named "Brigitte" (a large independent house next to the hotel in the heart of the pine forest) and a family room named "Travolta" (with 2 connecting rooms and 2 bathrooms). It is worth noting that all the hotel rooms have a bathroom designed by Charlotte Perriand, a renowned designer who collaborated with Le Corbusier. In fact, it is the inspiration of this great design talent that led to the name of the hotel, in tribute to the legendary bathtubs. This winter, the hotel will be closed for renovations to refurbish all the rooms in the same style as the common areas.
A pop and festive terrace with a view
From its dreamy location emerges an idyllic setting. On the perched terrace, La Baignoire's guests treat themselves to a sunset view over the golf course, with a few deer and does as a bonus if tranquility sets in. The terrace accommodates 80 people in unique corners: benches, sofas, or counter tables under colorful umbrellas to keep the conviviality going outside. Every summer season, 3 major events will be offered.

Restaurant, workspaces, Yoga studio, Spa
Designed as a place for living, La Baignoire also offers its spa (with hammam, sauna, jacuzzi and massage room), a well-being studio with yoga and fitness classes and an outdoor pool soon to be renovated that overlooks the golf course.
Don't forget about the bar-restaurant, open 7 days a week from 12PM to 12AM, serving creative plates to share (made with fresh and carefully selected ingredients) and signature cocktails with names like "toothbrush", "hairdryer", and "shower flower". And the cherry on top is a gin bar for the Dutch elixir enthusiasts!
For the more serious-minded, a large conference room is available with a capacity of 100 collaborators that can transform into a reception hall for private events. With a heart full of good vibes, Hotel La Baignoire is open to any proposal.
