Set sail for Tchanqué Bordeaux, the new rooftop in Chartrons
Ready for a direct flight to the peninsula? Head to Tchanqué Bordeaux, the new rooftop inspired by the Arcachon Basin - as its name suggests - inspired by beach huts and vacation homes from the Arcachon Basin. With a total area of 700 m2 (indoor - outdoor), the new suspended spot with stunning views of the Garonne and Bordeaux rooftops opened in mid-September.

Hybrid address - the 350m2 bar, restaurant, and terrace - has been designed as a true living space where Southwest gastronomy intertwines with atmospheric and sophisticated decor by Stella Cadente. A unique identity mastered to perfection. A famous designer, she has created a spot bathed in lights, made of noble materials with a colorful decor that invites you on a journey.
A vibrant and gourmet living space all-day-long
Unlike many of its predecessors, the Tchanqué rooftop is not temporary. It will be open every day from 6:30 am to 1:00 am, all year round. Its particularity? It transforms throughout the day from breakfast to the "last drink" for those looking to be delighted.For all sweet and savory food lovers. A rooftop oyster bar with a view
The menu, created by Chef Stacy William and Jean-Marie Viviès, Executive Chef of the Grape Hospitality group, highlights specialties from the Southwest of France. What's on the menu? Le Tchanqué offers a creative menu with Southwest flavors with a Californian twist, a playground without limits between land and sea that evolves with the seasons. Some must-try dishes include the "Estuary Tacos", the "grilled octopus", the refreshing "Southwest salad", the "Domaine Abotia pork chop", and the "sliced beef with shallots and rosemary".
Last but not least: Tchanqué also features an oyster bar with freshly caught seafood from the Bassin! For dessert lovers, there's no shortage of treats with - among other options - the "Choux d’amour" pudding, the "Caramel moelleux with salted butter ice cream", and the "Agen prune tart with Armagnac whipped cream". Deliciousness guaranteed!

With impeccable mastery of its programming, Lewis Hammachi - the maestro of the establishment and F&B Director - has worked on a carefully planned schedule. At Tchanqué, there is always something happening. DJ sets, live concerts, stand-up performances will liven up the establishment... The list goes on. You can enjoy one of the signature cocktails created by the mixologists at Tchanqué, in a vibrant and lively atmosphere.
