The Lake Bistro
If you haven't discovered it yet, The Lake Bistro opened its doors in July within the grounds of Camping Yellow Village, just a few steps from the Matmut Atlantique stadium. This large wooden cabin nestled in the greenery (with a spacious sunny terrace) makes us forget our proximity to the city. Run by Florian who fulfilled his childhood dream, the restaurant surprises with its creative bistronomic menu and high-quality products. With exceptional presentations and a 100% homemade menu, The Lake Bistro is a delightful surprise. Several highlights to remember: a selection of artisanal burgers (with buns tailored with unique colors and flavors by the master baker Bun's Baker), an express lunch menu for €19.50, a selection of stunning desserts, and a maturing cellar with beautiful cuts like ribeye, sirloin steak, flank steak, or flame-grilled Wagyu beef).
This independent restaurant leaves nothing to chance.Random has also planned his Valentine's Day meal. A special menu, available by reservation, is offered at a rate of €62 per person with 3 appetizers, 2 choices of starters, 2 choices of main courses, 1 dessert, and a glass of champagne. The exceptional menu will be served only on the evening of February 14th from 7pm to 9:30pm. The rest of the time, you can enjoy its enticing menu and its peaceful location from Tuesday to Saturday, both lunch and dinner. Definitely worth a try!

A few days ago, we introduced you to the new Caribbean cocktail bar in the Gambetta neighborhood. The latest addition to rue Montbazon, De Part et d'Autre brings some sunshine to the Bordeaux gastronomic scene. This small traditional brasserie, with a hint of Creole inspiration, also boasts an exotic wine cellar. A gourmet restaurant on the upper level, and a party den in the basement, it has plenty of offerings to entice food lovers. For Valentine's Day, they are launching their special menu full of surprises.In love. At 85 euros per person, the menu includes amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. For an extra 20 euros, you can enjoy food and wine pairings, sweet treats, and a digestive served in the basement. On this 14th of February, the cellar will take on the appearance of a romantic paradise and will be transformed into an intimate and cozy temple.
