At 30 years old, Léa Capdevielle proudly signs the opening of her first establishment. Coming from the world of entertainment and the daughter of a Bordeaux restaurateur, she has long juggled between artist tours and a love for quality products. With Le Pas de Lune, inaugurated on September 4th, she brings together her two passions: dining and culture.
« I chose the name because it evokes a space in between for me: something very down-to-earth, but also a touch of daydreaming. I wanted to create a median space between the real and the dreamlike » the founder confides in us.

A place designed for the stage and the neighborhood
Housed in a former 17th-century building, which once served as a grain loft and then a brewery, the bar spans 180 m² and features two rooms. The larger one, equipped with a stage and professional sound and lighting systems, can host concerts, stand-up shows, or jam sessions. Deeply rooted in its neighborhood, this place aims to become a community cultural bar, open from Tuesday to Saturday starting at 5 PM, where you can simply grab a drink... or be pleasantly surprised by an eclectic program.

An Abundance of Programming
The evenings come alive especially on weekends, from Thursday to Saturday, with concerts, shows, and jams organized by the Bordeaux rapper Cheeko. Eventually, the venue will also host theater, literary meetings, film debates, and children's shows, all while collaborating with local artists. The goal: to showcase the Bordeaux scene and create a space for free and joyful expression.

Live, Dance, and Enjoy Delicious Food
At the center of the large hall, the bar sets the vibe: a deliberately short menu, focused on short supply chains, highlighting quality and homemade goodness. You’ll find platters of local charcuterie and cheeses, revisited mayo eggs with wild garlic, vegetarian spreads, muffins, and chocolate fondants, all perfect for sharing, both savory and sweet. On the drinks side, the same high standards apply: artisanal beers, carefully selected wines, house cocktails, and local juices fill the menu.

Designed as a flexible gathering place, Le Pas de Lune is also perfect for private events: groups of 10 to 150 people can book a room or even the entire venue. It's a wonderful way to extend the primary mission of this spot: to bring people together, surprise them, and create connections.
