Carried by the consulting agency Cosa Vostra, the Bordeaux hotel group Victoria Garden, the start-up Kymono, and the Mother Work Community network will open a new 1000 m² flex office in mid-June. Named Villa Maria, it will occupy an old building built at the beginning of the 20th century. After 12 months of work and a 200 m² extension, the building has been completely redesigned to offer a pleasant working environment to coworkers: furnished offices, 5 meeting rooms, very high-speed internet network, parking spaces with charging stations ... And the highlight: a 4x10 m swimming pool surrounded by a large 2500 m² garden. A workplace coupled with a caring space, that was the founders' ambition. And the challenge is highly successful!

An ode to entrepreneurship, where work meets well-being

A true living space where workspaces and numerous recreational facilities (weekly yoga classes) mingle, the place will also include a micro-crèche within its walls.  The first of its kind in the country ! In a secure 110m² space, which was once an annex of the estate, 10 children aged 15 months to 6 years will be taken care of by 4 early childhood professionals.

Reception will be provided every day for the youngest children and on Wednesdays for those already in school. "This micro-crèche is a first step towards finding a balance between personal and professional life. A first step that will soon be followed by other projects and actions" .It was said by Marine Alari, founder of Mother Work Community. In a time where remote work is becoming more common and freelancers are emerging every day, the hybrid project makes sense.
