LOLA: The new lively cocktail bar in Saint-Michel

Its founder, Martin, dreamed big. After 2 years of renovation work, the young entrepreneur from the hotel industry launched his business. Places like this are rare. In the 500 m2 building made of typical Bordeaux stone architecture, the furniture is unique pieces found at local flea markets.

The heart of the establishment? The large bar where a wide selection of cocktails and sharing platters are presented. Between classics and creations, the exceptional cocktails bear names like "Lola," "Martouche," or "Lolita." Fresh, tangy, fruity, or bitter versions... The mixologists cater to all tastes.

A little ray of gourmet, authentic, and lively sunshine

But that's not all. On-site, food is also in the spotlight. The charming little corner also offers a menu of sharing platters that are both gourmet and varied, available in XL for those big appetites. On the menu? Mezzes, delicious Burrata from Puglia, truffle croque-monsieur, mini-burgers, cheeses and cold cuts, as well as gourmet toasts with Parma ham and sun-dried tomatoes. And let's not forget the trio of donuts that everyone loves for dessert.

Always aiming to provide a personalized experience, the breakfast is served in the room or on the terrace with complimentary sunrise (forget about the impersonal buffet, it will be a tailor-made formula) and the teams even go as far as becoming guidebooks to give the best tips and hotspots in the city to explore.
