Top Chef fans, today we offer you a spotlight on Lil'Home, the gourmet restaurant of one of the contestants of this new season. Lilian Douchet will open his establishment tomorrow in the heart of Chartrons, with a large terrace on the quay, at number 29. And without wanting to be biased, we believe he has everything it takes to win!

If your little Wednesday evening appointment remains tirelessly Top Chef, then here is some news that should please you. While the culinary show is in full swing, we learn that one of the contestants will open his restaurant as early as tomorrow on the Quai des Chartrons. His name is Lilian Douchet, he is from Beauvais (Oise) and delights the audience with his refined wonders.  Lil'Home : the new restaurant by Top Chef in Bordeaux

What we can reveal without fear is that this bistro-style restaurant will highlight a creative and gourmet cuisine, prepared with local and seasonal ingredients, in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Behind the stoves, 4 chefs (including Lilian) and 8 servers will be working in the dining area. Keep in mind: the chef's sharing platters that were close to the founder's heart.

An exquisite cuisine in homage to the show that revealed him

True to his show, and as a tribute to it, the chef's menu will also offer an appetizer (mackerel, cucumber, milky emulsion and green oil), a main course (surprise as it has not been broadcast on TV yet) and a dessert (honey-flavored French toast, yogurt sorbet, warm blackberry compote) that he has created.
