An evening in 3 crescendo moments
Realizing that consumers' lifestyles had changed, the 3 partners aimed to reinvent the evening restaurant model. Joya adapted and offers the complete experience of a 300 m2 night restaurant/bar (100 m2 indoors + 200 outdoors on the terrace). Here, you can enjoy an aperitif, indulge in gourmet and quality cuisine, and dance until the early hours. "A whirlwind of madness in the air!"
A fusion Franco-Asian menu
Let's talk about the menu. A French bistronomic cuisine with Asian influences. The house specialty is the "tigre qui pleure" (a piece of beef marinated with coriander, lemongrass, and garlic served with fragrant rice), the black salmon caramelized with miso, the Thai hot dog, and currently the best-selling item on the menu crisp'ries.
Alongside these, some French cuisine classics that are regularly updated. The menu changes based on availability and seasonality. And while the cuisine pays homage to Asia, the wines are mainly French. On the list? Only great Bordeaux wines, a lovely selection of Côtes du Rhône, and Loire Valley wines.

A DJ Who is Part of the Walls (of Sound)
And after dinner comes the moment to dance. So instead of getting up from the table, wandering the city streets unsure, not being able to agree unanimously and settling for a place that is already crowded, we simply shift to the right where the bar is located. Behind it, we discover with surprise a selection of cocktails (from the simplest to the most surprising) prepared by Jeremy Astarie.
The Paradise for Young Partygoers
The DJs present every night fine-tune their playlists: 80s-90s-2000s, R&B sounds, current music, the songs are general and intergenerational. The artistic direction is signed by Victor Hernandez (Reckless).
Joya also shines with its modern decor where. The wooden furniture blends beautifully with the chic black and green tones of the restaurant. Another gem? A 200 m2 covered terrace. And you sing, dance (eat and party) until the end of the night, your flashes of Bassins à Flots to funky music... Welcome to Joya!
