The temple of the French aperitif
Already enough to make us come... And that was without counting on the cocktail part which, again, reaches for the stars. House specialty? Those served on tap. Let's talk, for example, about the "Aphrodite" (Gin, Dolin bitter, Fresh grapefruit juice) or the "Negroni" (Gin G'vine, la Quintinye, Red Vermouth, House Bitter) which overshadow the traditional "Mojito" worked here with homemade mint syrup from Nouvelles Fermes, the region's first aquaponic farm.
Not forgetting the classics "French Spritz" or "Espresso martini or the "Mules" with a homemade Ginger Beer served with the alcohol of your choice. It's a match! Let's move on to the chupitos (for €1.5 from 10pm with the purchase of a pint). The art of the apeThis appetizer is perfectly mastered...Our taste buds, they are hooked.Ambrosia Bar Bordeaux
Homemade shots, DJ nights, and top-notch dancing bar
But the highlight of the show? It's the programming that sets the bar's beat. Every day, starting from Wednesday, a different event. On Wednesdays, for example, it's an afterwork all evening from 5pm to 2am. Thursdays, try the beer night with the same formula but only on beers. Fridays are all about music with "juke box" nights where you take control of the music by adding your favorite tunes, while Saturdays feature a DJ set. Just know, no matter the night, Ambrosia guarantees a crazy atmosphere. Fun guaranteed.
