From its 900 m2 perch, Café Oz has managed to carve out a significant place in the Bordeaux nightlife scene. This lively Australian pub lines the docks at Flots, right across from the flying saucer.

James, its operations manager, describes the mindset with his delightful accent. At Café Oz, "no worries, everyone is welcome, come as you are, watch a rugby match, have a beer, snack a bit, and more often than not we get caught up and end up partying".

Although it has been at the top of its game for some time, Café Oz has been around for 25 years (celebrating its 3rd anniversary in Bordeaux). Now present in Paris, Lille, Bordeaux, and Toulouse, it has managed to export its party spirit throughout France. Always in spacious areas, decorated with lots of colors, its strength lies in its friendliness.

This is evidenced by its rich and constantly updated event programming: sports matches, themed nights, New Year's Eve, Australian national day, and other local parties to take customers on a journey. Additionally, the establishment can be privatized. An increasingly popular option where you can reserve a few tables, privatize a space, or the entire establishment. Meals and services (DJ sets, hostesses, technical support, catering, photo booths...) can be included if needed.

A menu inspired by the red continent

A DJ is present on site Wednesday to Saturday from 9pm to liven up the crowd. Some dancers climb on the counter and put on a show. The cherry on top in Bordeaux? At Café Oz, Happy Hour takes place Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm. During this time, you can enjoy draft beers for 5€, cocktails for 8.50€ (instead of 10€), Australian wines or virgin cocktails for 5€. Of course, to accompany this, you can trust Chef Olivier who prepares evening tapas for sharing (beef tataki, ribs, friend's croques, breaded chicken, homemade pizzas, Angus burgers, and even oysters.

But that's not all, Café Oz has also become THE lunch spot for locals and workers in the area. Their menu is generous and spicy, with épicé,

Ée, who tells a story with a preference for fish. It will be renewed twice a year, depending on the seasons, with some timeless dishes that remain all year round.
