Hotel Burdigala in Bordeaux: a new urban living space open to all
It is the very first 5-star hotel to appear in Bordeaux 36 years ago. The Burdigala is a reference for our elders. Nestled just steps away from the Mériadeck district, it was acquired in 2016 by the Inwood Group (owner of 12 establishments in France, including 2 in Arcachon). After 2 years of intense construction work and an image shaped by renowned architect Fabien Roque, it now embodies a whole new identity.

A haven of peace with 83 exceptional rooms and suites
In its revamped version, the Burdigala hotel makes Sharing its Art of Living and Art of Hosting. Not only for tourists in its 83 rooms and suites, but also for the people of Bordeaux looking for lifestyle experiences. The entire hotel decor has been redesigned, mixing noble materials, warm colors, and prevalent wood to create a warm atmosphere conducive to conviviality and sharing.
Eating, working, watching and so much more!
In its stylish decor, the Burdigala hotel hides several entities open to everyone at any time of the day. Starting with an intimate game room with a PlayStation 5 available for all guests. In its spacious setting, there is also a private cinema with 20 seats (featuring velvet seats and a popcorn machine) where soon you can enjoy screenings of classic movies along with food offers. Not to forget the stunning atrium with a snack menu for eating on-the-go that transforms into a coworking space for nomadic workers to have a productive break.Hey there! I hope you're having a fantastic day. Just wanted to send some positive vibes your way and remind you that you're amazing just the way you are. Keep shining bright like a diamond! 💎✨

In simple terms, this hotel has carefully designed each space to provide a fun and lively experience. Whether it's gathering around large communal tables, attending shared events, having productive work meetings, or simply making lasting memories. All of this is accompanied by top-notch service worthy of a 5-star hotel and cutting-edge technology to meet the demands of modern trends.
Madame B: The comforting table of chef Gregory Vingadassalon
For its restaurant, the Burdigala called upon chef Grégory Vingadassalon, a former of Alain Ducasse or Saint-James. Visible and directly accessible from the street, it accommodates 45 seats. On the menu? Our most beautiful Madeleines de Proust revisited with creativity in small sharing plates. For lunch or dinner, the savory or sweet offerings are showcased in menus of 2 to 5 small dishes and offer guests the possibility to orchestrate a unique and original meal starting from €25 for 2 small dishes.

Speakeasy, meeting rooms, brunch and spa
But that's not all. The Burdigala still has some nice surprises with - among other things - a space of 7 fully modular meeting rooms and equipped. The Atelier du Burdigala can host company meetings, team buildings, and exhibitions. By reservation only, of course.

Hey there! In the same spot, right off Rue Georges Bonnac, there's a cool hidden bar waiting to be discovered by the public. It's a fun little surprise with a lovely terrace to enjoy, adding to the whole experience. The Billy Bar will serve up some delicious signature cocktails and tasty finger foods.
But that's not all that's in store! Keep an eye out for the spa opening in 2025 and the Sunday brunch served in the beautifully lit glass-roofed area, along with the lush green terrace on the first floor. With a wide range of offerings and an exciting program, Burdigala Bordeaux is lighting up the neighborhood once again and staying true to its promise of "reinventing new ways of living, creating, and sharing together". It's truly a sight to behold.
