It took 4 years of renovation to revive this place. After a colossal undertaking, Bome Hotel is initially unveiling its cocktail bar. The 4-star hotel will welcome guests in 2025. Brought to life by the hospitality group "Hobo Club," it's the latest addition to the family following the famous Maison Fernand, Maison Hubert, and bistro Maurice.

Unique, this place stands out from the rest. Embracing its individuality, Bome Hotel aims to be warm and inviting with its spacious layout, lovely decor, and 9 privileged rooms. The building, steeped in history, showcases a beautifully preserved and enhanced classified facade that makes a stunning impression upon arrival.
"The idea is to disconnect from the city and forget that we're in the heart of Bordeaux" shares Lola, the communications manager for the group. A successful bet, reflected in an ethnic decor (where raw and natural materials mingle with soft colors) inspired by Morocco, Bali, and Mexico. The goal? To blend the old, the new, and the beautiful.
An urban oasis with all the hotel services
This long building hides a discreet bar at the back. With 40 seats available, the Bome Hotel bar is a deliberately confidential address. Open from Thursday to Saturday night, it offers the chance to taste exceptional products and a menu of inventive cocktails crafted specially by the expert group Sunset Spirit. Try, among other things, the Café-Croissant cocktail, a revamped version of the espresso martini with a breakfast twist.
Additionally, a lovely wine list - featuring Bordeaux Grand Crus at accessible prices - allows you to enjoy bottles that you might not typically indulge in at a restaurant.
An intimate speakeasy with a natural pool
To complement the drinks, the Bome offers a small menu of quality items featuring cheeses, delicious charcuterie, vintage sardines, and vegetarian mezes. Enjoy small plates to share that encourage a warm, friendly atmosphere.
All of this, surrounded by cozy benches and in a lush inner courtyard that adds to the charm of the place. The naturally lit basin, reminiscent of Moroccan riads, brings back memories from afar. The idea? Sip on your cocktail and nibble on quality dishes in a magical setting amidst palm trees, banana trees, chill music, and a mellow atmosphere.
As a little fun fact, the bar wasn't originally meant to be open to the public and was supposed to be exclusively for hotel guests. But due to popular demand, the team decided to share their unique spot with all the locals in Bordeaux!
