A HQ pub where sports is a religion

With its three large screens, Belga Bar is designed as a true temple of sports. Rugby, football, tennis, cycling, basketball, darts, or international competitions: everything is experienced live here. The bar consistently broadcasts the matches of the Union Bordeaux-Bègles and Top 14, making it a natural hangout for Girondin supporters. During major events like the Six Nations Tournament, World Cup, Winter Olympics, or the Tour de France, the atmosphere intensifies and the terrace draws in the crowds.

A friendly spot, rooted in Bordeaux life

Run "by friends for friends," this place boasts a family-oriented and intergenerational spirit. You’ll see people of all ages and backgrounds during major city events, from Wine Festival to Pride March, not to mention lively sports evenings that draw a full crowd. Antoine, the founder, grew up in the pub culture and has successfully recreated that warm and welcoming vibe where everyone feels at home.

Belgian beers, fine wines, and well-sourced products

At the counter, all beers come from the mother brewery Haacht, a family-run establishment celebrating over 125 years of craftsmanship. There's also a non-alcoholic range available, alongside simple and effective cocktails. The wines come directly from Saint-Émilion, sourced from Château La Grande Barde, which belongs to the same group. For snacking, Belga Bar focuses on quality: cheeses from Madame Fromage (right bank), Spanish charcuterie from El Regalao, and spreads from Conserverie du Bassin, perfectly enhancing every match.

A program that goes beyond sports

Beyond broadcasts, the bar also beats to the rhythm of music, with jazz concerts and jam sessions held every first Sunday of the month, along with special dates in winter. It’s a great way to extend the pub spirit, blending sports, music, and friendliness.
