Yeled: A bit of French Riviera in Bordeaux
Here, you can enjoy poached oysters with collagen, creamy tarama on homemade Hallot bread, large aged fish pieces to share, tuna carpaccio with strawberry-rhubarb harissa, grilled lobster with homemade fries and corail mayonnaise, or fire-cooked shellfish. Focused on maritime treasures, Yeled restaurant designs its menu around four main themes: "raw", "cooked", "vegetable" and "desserts" (don't miss the giant vanilla soufflé or the grilled strawberries on the barbecue).

A playful and lively table on Bordeaux's golden triangle
True to the playful and mischievous spirit of its big brother, Yeled also makes its customers dance from a certain hour. The group led by Samuel and Sarah is the very first to have imported the concept of festive restaurants in Bordeaux where service and tasting are accompanied by music (with a state-of-the-art sound system). The unique concept of "show cooking" is always part of the experience.

The only cocktail bar open 7 days a week
Continuing in the epicurean spirit, Yeled houses its cocktail bar open from 12pm to 2am every day of the week. Hugo Jouve-Bimbard, the head bartender, creates original cocktails with a sleek and precise style. The goal? To enhance the spirits with Clear-Ice and the balance of the cocktails. "Everything is in the details". The menu is renewed every three months to create surprises. The attention to customers drives Hugo and his team to redouble their creativity in order to create the perfect tailor-made drink, whether it's for aperitif with friends or to enhance your dishes.
As for the atmosphere, it strangely recalls that of the south, with a 2.5-meter olive tree in the middle of the terrace. The ambiance is French Riviera with the small candles accompanying the fruit baskets on the tables. The decoration has also been carefully thought out. With custom-made furniture, silver cutlery, and sparkling dishes surrounding the plates, not to mention the fabric napkins and the luminous halos to highlight the dishes to be tasted. Pretty, simple, and sleek, the Yeled restaurant has left nothing to chance.©Yeled Bordeaux
Lunch at a small price in the shade of the olive tree
To keep its refined setting alive throughout the day, it also launched its lunch menu, at a much more attractive price. The menu can be enjoyed at €21 for the dish/dessert option (€25 for the full menu including weekends) with popular choices like spaghetti Vongole or the giant version of beef Carpaccio with ultra-crispy matchstick fries. These lunches in the shade of the olive tree are a hit. It must be said that the 70-seat terrace in the city center is causing a stir. Reservations recommended!
