The 4-star hotel La Zoologie, rich in history as its building suggests, will pay tribute to science and the past of the Institute. This is evidenced by the 32 rooms that will be spread across 3 different wings dedicated to zoology, botany, and geology. But that's not all, this luxury hotel also features a restaurant (with a workshop cuisine and a menu renewed each season by chef Ronan Ozon), a cocktail-focused bar with mixology creations, a rooftop perched on top of the geology wing, and a spa (with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, and treatments). Every last day of the week, in the spirit of Sunday serenity, "tea times" are organized with hot beverages and pastries. A true delight!

The most gargantuan unlimited brunch in Bordeaux
Gargantuan... The term is almost an understatement. Launched in May, the establishment's brunch takes place on the first Sunday of the month. Due to its success, the team wants to speed up the pace to offer it every Sunday. For the very reasonable sum of 35€ (or 17€ for children), you can enjoy a buffet as far as the eye can see with a mix of hot dishes and cold snacks in a luxurious setting, carefully prepared and presented with great delicacy. Congratulations to chef Ronan Ozon who works passionately behind the open glass windows.

Our hearts are torn and our stomachs growl in the face of this finely executed array of options. Charcuterie platters, cheeses, shrimp, various salads, refined verrines, parsleyed knives, salmon gravlax, as well as sushi and maki rolls adorn the cold menu. While customizable burgers, scrambled eggs with bacon, sweet potato fries, or lardon reblochon tartiflette catch our eye on the other side. It's hard to resist... Most customers' eyes are bigger than their stomachs. But it doesn't matter. Because the team on site is remarkably kind. The service matches the top-notch quality. Just as we finish our plate...Slightly soiled, the plate will be immediately removed in favor of a shinier one. Let's not forget about the desserts that grace the bar counter. All homemade, you will have a choice between the zesty lemon meringue pie, the speculoos tiramisu, the exotic panna cotta, or the sweet verrines not to mention the pastries and viennoiseries corner.At La Zoologie, you'll find a cozy, welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy unlimited freshly made juices, refreshing iced teas (don't miss the one with hints of delicate hibiscus), and the smoothie of the day.
