When the Neapolitan meets French terroir
Since April 25, it is the turn of Alsace-Lorraine to be represented, after the Jura which was a great success. This is how we find essential products from this gourmet region with Brie de Meaux AOP, smoked Lorraine stick with garlic of the bear, smoked country bacon with beech wood or munster that are not easily found in Bordeaux ... Don't worry, the "4 Cheese", "Royale", "Savoyarde" or "Chorizana" pizzas are also available to delight the most traditional palates. A little twist in their own sauce, that's the restaurant's signature.
