Mamacam
Camille has been running Mamacam for 2 years now, it's a small vegetarian neighborhood eatery with 12 seats. Everything is homemade with organic and seasonal products, mostly local, bought from markets or organic stores. The menu changes daily, with a vegan and gluten-free dish that is renewed daily. The dishes are also available for takeout. Products are put in jars or customers bring their own to avoid packaging. Mamacam is a truly committed restaurant as it operates with green electricity and everything is recycled into compost.

L’abeille gourmande
L’abeille gourmande is a zero waste restaurant run by Camille. She has her own personal vegetable garden and sources her products from Local Bio to collect them in crates. 2 main dishes and 2 desserts are offered daily on the menu to better manage stocks and avoid waste. There is also a compost on site and leftovers are generously given to the happy chickens. No packaging for takeout orders. Just like at Mamacam, customers bring their own containers and glass jars are available for use. The decoration is made with recycled furniture and objects, and cloth napkins are used.

This is the case, for example, with the Falafel burger, the Rustique, the Halloumi version or the Provençal. All the cooked products are organic. It is possible to change the classic burgers by replacing the meat with cheese, for this Bio Burger offers Provençal tofu patties, breaded camembert patties or falafel patties. Super tasty, the ethically responsible burgers were born in Bordeaux.View this post on Instagram
