The loop along the docks: 8 km

Just a thirty-minute walk, this is the ultimate Sunday stroll, lined with bars and shops of all kinds. Along the docks, between pedal strokes, you can admire the panorama on both sides of the river. Starting from the Pont de Pierre or the Pont Chaban-Delmas, simply follow the Garonne. Ideal for recovering from a hangover!

Walk along the right bank: 29 km

City dwellers, here is an ideal route to disconnect from your everyday tram-work-sleep routine. Starting from Place de la Bourse, the path follows the right bank towards Bouliac, where traditional fishing huts are set up, known as "carrelets." From Bouliac to Sauveterre-de-Guyenne, follow the trail.Take the Roger Lapébie cycle path to reach Latresnes. Exotic and diverse, this walk will take you through the vineyards before offering you a panoramic view of the south of Bordeaux, perched on the heights of Bouliac.

Around the Lake: 30 km

To reach the route, avoid the Bassins à flot, as construction works are in progress! Once you reach the lake - where you can take a dip - head towards Bruges. After crossing the national marsh reserve, continue to Blanquefort where a stop at Mojolan Park is a must. The walk ends in the woods of Bordeaux, a huge forest where 5,000 m2 of roses bloom. Diverse and refreshing!

The wine road: 38 km

For this bike ride through the vineyards of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol, you will need to take your car to start your journey in Saint-Sulpice-de-Faleyrens. Once the car is parked, hop on your mountain bike (preferred for the route) and follow the D19 towards Le Menhir de Pierrette, the tallest megalithic monument in Aquitaine. The route winds its way through the vineyards and its castles, towards Lalande Pomerol. After conquering a steep hill, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Calon mills.and that's the whole interest of the coast...). The wine route ends in its regional capital, Saint-Emilion, classified as a Unesco heritage site. It's not forbidden to indulge in a little wine tasting...

The Bordeaux-Lacanau Ocean Greenway 60 kms

Built on an old railway line, the Greenway starts from the north of Bordeaux. It then crosses the urban area, to head straight into the pine forest. This holiday-like route offers a secure track of about fifty kilometers, which ends... on the beach, with your feet in the sand. The most courageous can even continue cycling along the coastline on the Greenway.The Odyssey.
