It's a bit of our Madeleine de Proust for all of us. Raw cookie or cake dough has naturally established itself as our guilty pleasure. Guess what? Cookie dough finally has its temple in Bordeaux, at number 16 on Rue du Parlement. A snack paradise has been born!

While several cookie bars have already sprouted up in Bordeaux, none were dedicated to raw cookie dough. An era has ended thanks to Tiki Bar, which opened at 16 Rue du Parlement. Right across from the House of Parliament, it is a hit during sweet break time. Opened this summer by siblings Florine and Alexandre, this cozy 80m2 café charms with its Indonesian décor (special mention to the mirrors from Bali and tables shaped like tree trunks) and its American treats. All are prepared on-site in the morning.

The first true cookie dough bar in Bordeaux

On the menu? Cookie dough in various flavors, made with love and served with a variety of toppings and sauces (Caramel, M&M's, speculoos, seasonal fruits...), sweet and savory cookies (a first in Bordeaux!) and nutritional protein smoothies or iced teas.

The 2 founders make it a point that the products are as delicious as they are healthy. Of course, sweet cookies also play a fundamental role with some must-have flavors (the best seller being the Kinder cookie, almost overtaken by the cookie with Nutella center or salted caramel), a vegan recipe kept secret and some more reasonable ones like the one with oat flakes and dark chocolate chips.

Tiki Bar: Sweet and savory recipes

Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 1pm to 7pm, Tiki Bar also serves lunch. They have also launched savory cookies in a completely new way (tomato/basil - chorizo or ham/cheese gratin). A special mention goes to the latest addition: Tiki Pops: raw cookie dough balls coated with chocolate.
