The former Planet Sushi has made way for a family-owned establishment that serves typical specialties, signature creations, and new unique recipes inspired by the Bordeaux region, to enjoy on-site, to take away, or for delivery. At L'Échoppe à Sushis, where the menu has been entirely crafted in the tradition of Japanese sushi masters, the kitchen brigade cultivates the Japanese heritage while showcasing local gastronomy. A testament to this subtle and bold dual identity? The California roll with foie gras accompanied by fig jam and sprinkled with roasted almonds. A 100% French recipe that is a real hit! With a capacity of 42 seats including 18 on the terrace, the restaurant welcomes you 7 days a week, from 11am to 2pm and from 6pm to 10pm.
